- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 cups sweet potatoes diced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt to taste
