  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 slices chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
