- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Hershey’s Kisses
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add the egg, food coloring, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Form the cookie dough into balls and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave space between each ball.
- Air fry the cookies for 8-10 minutes or until they are set but still soft.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
