  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, chopped turkey bacon, cheese, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the potato balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
