- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 12 peanut butter candies
- In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together sugar, brown sugar, and butter.
- Add egg, milk, vanilla extract, and food coloring to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Immediately press a peanut butter candy into the center of each cookie after removing from the air fryer.
