  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the sugars and oil.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
