  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in flour and cinnamon.
  5. Fold in sliced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Let it cool before serving.
