2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
4 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in flour and cinnamon.
Fold in sliced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Let it cool before serving.
