1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups peeled and diced apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
