2 cans cinnamon roll dough
3 cups peeled and diced apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and set aside.
In a bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, melted butter, and nutmeg.
Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and spread half of the pieces in the baking dish.
Pour the apple mixture over the dough.
Add the remaining pieces of cinnamon roll dough on top.
Bake for about 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
