  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Add the Baileys, vanilla, and salt, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares.
