Baked Feta Pasta is a delicious and easy dish that combines creamy feta with pasta for an indulgent meal.

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 300 grams pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish with the tomatoes.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is soft.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. After baking, stir the feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix well.
