  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with foil and place the salmon fillets in it.
  3. In a bowl, mix pineapple, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger.
