A delicious recipe for easy beef-stuffed pasta shells that the whole family will love.

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture.
  6. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed shells on top. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley for added flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
