- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed shells on top. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
