  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture; combine until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  4. Roll the dough out into a rectangle and spread with softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  6. Place slices in a greased pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar to make the icing, then drizzle over warm rolls.
