  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the blueberry cream cheese mixture on the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
  5. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  7. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
