  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and cooked turkey bacon.
