  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup additional toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
  3. In a bowl, combine broccoli, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  6. Top with pizza sauce and additional toppings, then bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
