  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with pecans.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool before serving.
