- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 bay leaves
