  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add in grated carrots, flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Spread the batter evenly on a lined baking sheet.
