  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, then combine.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and cocoa powder. Gradually mix it into the wet ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer and swirl with a knife.
  7. Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
