- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Oil for frying
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Beat until smooth.
- Place approximately two tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly, sealing the ends with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Sprinkle the fried eggrolls with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving.
