  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture onto each eggroll wrapper, fold, and seal the edges.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from oil and dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
