  • 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft.
  2. Add the sirloin steak and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
