A comforting dish combining chicken, broccoli, and pasta in a creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, broccoli, cooked chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, add Italian seasoning.
  • Can substitute chicken with cooked sausage or keep it vegetarian by omitting meat.
