  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, then sprinkle half of the cheese and half of the turkey bacon.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cheese, and turkey bacon.
  6. Pour the cream mixture evenly over the layers.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
