  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add feta cheese or sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture.
