  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chicken thighs and cook until browned.
  4. Add the rice, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika; stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.
  6. Crumble the cooked turkey bacon and mix it back into the pot before serving.
