A warm and hearty chicken potato soup with a twist of turkey bacon, perfect for cozy meals.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the milk and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Add the cooked turkey bacon back into the pot. Serve hot.
