- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the milk and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the cooked turkey bacon back into the pot. Serve hot.
