Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
  2. Place a teaspoon of mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place potstickers in the pan.
  5. Cook until the bottoms are golden, then add water and cover to steam.
  6. Remove the lid and cook until the water has evaporated.

Notes

  • Serve with soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
  • Leftover potstickers can be frozen for later.
