- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
- Place a teaspoon of mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place potstickers in the pan.
- Cook until the bottoms are golden, then add water and cover to steam.
- Remove the lid and cook until the water has evaporated.
Notes
