- 1 pound chicken sausage
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
