- 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
