  • 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.

Notes

  • This dish pairs well with steamed rice.
  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes.
