  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
  6. Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth.
  7. Mix cornstarch with a little water, then stir into the pan to thicken the sauce.
  8. Cook until everything is well coated and heated through.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce before cooking.
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
