- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
