  • 1 pound beef, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
