  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and water to make a dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest.
  3. In another bowl, mix the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges.
  7. Boil a pot of water and cook the dumplings for about 6-8 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute ground pork with tofu.
  • Experiment with different fillings like shrimp or vegetables.
