  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Let cupcakes cool completely before filling with the peanut butter mixture.
  8. For the filling, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fill cooled cupcakes and top with chocolate chips.
