- 1 package phyllo dough
- 2 cups chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped nuts and ground cinnamon.
- Layer phyllo dough in a buttered baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- Spread a layer of the nut mixture over the phyllo.
