6 slices of bread
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
Spread cream cheese on each slice, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Roll up the slices tightly.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
