  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each slice, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Roll up the slices tightly.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  6. Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
  7. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  8. Cook the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
  9. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar if desired.
