- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups gnocchi
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
