  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the onions, carrots, and celery; cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the cooked chickpeas, rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
