  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add turkey bacon, cooking until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Add cooked pasta, spinach, and crumbled bacon; mix well until spinach wilts.
