  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 pound spicy sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sausage, cooking until browned.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the pepper jack cheese until melted and smooth.
