- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
