A comforting and easy Crock Pot recipe for chicken and dumplings that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. In a Crock Pot, add chicken broth, chicken breasts, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, black pepper, salt, and thyme. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Cover and continue cooking until the biscuits are cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
