- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 cups biscuit dough
- In a Crock Pot, add chicken broth, chicken breasts, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, black pepper, salt, and thyme. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover and continue cooking until the biscuits are cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder.
