A delicious twist on traditional meatloaf, made with turkey bacon and cooked to perfection in a crock pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, French onion soup, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
  3. Place the meatloaf in the crock pot and cover.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until fully cooked.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the crock pot and let rest before slicing.
