A delicious and hearty casserole that brings the flavors of a classic cheesesteak to your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Layer the potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add a layer of sliced beef steak over the potatoes.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper on top of the beef.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the ingredients.
  5. Pour beef broth over the layers.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. During the last 30 minutes, add shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños.
