- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Layer the potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
