  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 2 cheese slices (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, crack the egg and season with salt and black pepper. Cook to your desired doneness.
  4. While the egg is cooking, slice the croissants in half.
