A delicious twist on traditional deviled eggs, these Deviled Potatoes are filled with flavor and perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 pound small potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Roast for about 30-35 minutes or until tender.
  3. While the potatoes are roasting, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Once cooked, crumble and set aside.
  4. When potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut them in half and scoop out some flesh into a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, crumbled bacon, and green onions to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
  6. Stuff the potato halves with the mixture and garnish with additional bacon and green onions, if desired.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
  • These potatoes can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
