  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and coat with the cheese mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken on both sides.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
