- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
