  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the rice, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
